What does it mean to live well in midlife?
What does it mean to live well in midlife, in a body that's changing?
Midlife is a game change, a time when "push harder" ends and finding a new way to adapt begins. There is no returning or going back, there is the reconciling with what is.
And so to live well now is to do two things the culture rarely makes room for: to rest, and to adapt.
Your energy, your sleep, your capacity, your pace — they're all renegotiating themselves through perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond. A body in that much change needs real rest to recover, and the willingness to move differently than you used to.

This isn't about fear; It's about embracing a new powerful frontier and way of being in the world.

To live well in midlife is to do two things to rest, and to adapt. The Women's Midlife Restoration Circle is a monthly space for both.
It's a Somatic Restorative Yoga practice woven together with reflective journaling. We meet on the mat in gentle somatic practices for nervous system regulation — science-based and body-led, grounded in what we know about the nervous system and the menopause transition, and practiced from the inside out. We follow sensation rather than forcing shape, and make room for the deep, supported rest the body rarely gets.

Between and after the practice, reflective journaling gives you a quiet place to notice what's shifting — and to do it in the company of other women moving through the same season. You don't have to explain yourself here; And no pressure to perform, push, or fix anything. You come as you are, in the body you're in, and let it settle.
The circle stays small and personal, so there's room for real rest and real presence. You'll leave more regulated, more resourced, and less alone in the changes of midlife.

Are you interested in hosting an event in your space?
I bring somatic restorative yoga, midlife circles, and menopause workshops to studios, wellness centers, and retreat spaces — science-based, body-led, and gently held.
